That's why we offer a fully customized experience, tailored to the client's preferences and demographic information. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages; instead, we provide a transparent 'what you are paying for' guide that outlines what to expect based on your budget.

Questionnaire
Once you send an inquiry, we automatically send you a questionnaire to get all of the demographic information and more. Here is where you share with us your style and vision along with your budget, vendor list, inspo pictures, and a choice of an in person or video consultation. We have a $2000 minimum for most weddings. If you would like to learn more about budgets and "packages" please go to the "Services page".

Design Consultation
Our business consultation action process is all about meeting with brides, either in person or over video call, to discuss your wedding. We will go over every aspect of the what they want and need for their big day. We prioritize what you want and talk through how to make the best impact of your florals. Here we start to understand the clients personality, so we can bring their unique style and vibe into their florals. It's a crucial step to creating the perfect customized proposal!

Proposal
A complete customized proposal is sent to describe what we will design and how. Broken into three sections will be the design inspiration, quote, and then your choice of a payment schedule.
Design inspiration will tell you step by step and piece by piece with visuals how we will make your dream a reality! With a list of florals and greens, To a break down of every individual piece you want.
Quote. We use every stem to calculate the cost of everything and give us and the bride everything we will need to make your florals perfect! We break down prices in sections. Personals (bridal, bridesmaids, boutonnieres, flower girl, etc) Ceremony (Arch, Alter, Aisle, etc) Reception (Guest tables, cake, head table, etc) and Additional fees (Delivery, Set up, Tear down, etc)
Payment schedule. We require a 20% retainer to consider a client officially booked. We give you 2 weeks to pay this retainer however we recommend clients pay it as soon as they can to make sure their date if secure. We cannot guarantee a our services until the retainer is paid. The full Invoice must be paid 6 weeks prior to the event date. At that 6 week mark we start planning, ordering, and scheduling. No big changes can be made past this point unless agreed between both us and the client. How and when you pay (before 6 weeks) is up to the client. We give you the opportunity to make a custom payment plan that is the most convenient for you.

Invoice and Contract
The proposal has been accepted by you and now here is the official invoice. With your selected payment schedule already put in. You can pay with Card, Cash, or Check.
The Contract must be read though and signed by both parties. It goes over all of our policies such as rentals, Photo release, and more.

2 week check up
To make sure everything is still going according to plan, checking timelines, and see how you are doing! Wedding planning is stressful and even though we are "just florists" we like to make sure your experience of transitioning from a fiancé to bride to wife is as stress free as possible. We believe in the mental health of our clients and want to go above an beyond for all of them!
